All contracts, subscriptions, and software agreements entered into via the Signal Synk platform are ultimately governed by Forefront Solutions Inc.

Non-Custodial Infrastructure

Signal Synk is a non-custodial execution layer. We do not hold, manage, or transfer your capital. Our platform connects to your selected third-party brokerage strictly via standard OAuth protocols or API keys, granting us only the permissions necessary to read account data and route trade signals.

You agree that Signal Synk and Forefront Solutions Inc. hold no liability for the security of the funds held at your chosen brokerage, nor for any actions taken by the brokerage (such as margin calls, account freezing, or API rate limiting).

Our website and platform may contain links to external websites, including supported brokerages and partner platforms. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
