Terms of Service

Welcome to Signal Synk. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Signal Synk platform, website, or any associated APIs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Corporate Entity & Agreement

Signal Synk is a specialized execution technology platform and a wholly owned subsidiary of Forefront Solutions Inc., a corporation registered and operating under the laws of the State of Nevada ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Forefront Solutions Inc. regarding your use of the Signal Synk platform.

2. Description of Services

Signal Synk is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing automated trade execution infrastructure. The platform allows users to deploy custom algorithms (such as those generated via Oculus Algorithms) and connect them to third-party brokerage accounts via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) or OAuth connections.

3. Account Registration & Security

To utilize the platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities, configurations, and trades that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Signal Synk is offered on a tiered, month-to-month subscription basis.

• Billing: By subscribing, you authorize our third-party payment processor (Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Management: You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Settings dashboard within the platform.
• Refund Policy: Because of the digital and infrastructural nature of our service, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service upon cancellation. Service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Brokerage Connections & Non-Custodial Policy

The platform requires you to link a supported third-party brokerage account (Live or Paper) to facilitate trade execution.

• No Custody: Signal Synk operates strictly as a non-custodial routing layer. We cannot deposit, withdraw, or transfer your capital. We are only granted access to read data and route trade execution signals.
• Brokerage Fees: You are solely responsible for any trade commissions, margin interest, or administrative fees charged by your chosen brokerage firm.
• API Reliability: While Signal Synk maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA on our infrastructure, we cannot control or guarantee the uptime, rate limits, or latency of your third-party brokerage's API servers. We are not liable for missed trades or slippage caused by external brokerage outages.

6. Risk Acknowledgement

Algorithmic and automated trading involves a substantial risk of loss. By utilizing Signal Synk, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

• Automated systems execute trades exactly as programmed, which can result in rapid financial losses if risk parameters are not properly configured.
• Market volatility, low liquidity, and API latency can result in slippage, partial fills, or rejected orders.
• Signal Synk is not liable for any losses incurred due to algorithm logic errors, flawed third-party strategy templates, or unforeseen market flash crashes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the platform, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Signal Synk software or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the platform to facilitate illegal activities, market manipulation, spoofing, or money laundering.
• Attempt to bypass security constraints or overload our servers with abusive API requests.
• Share your account access or connection slots with unauthorized third parties or operate as an unlicensed fund manager for others.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, visual design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and infrastructure associated with Signal Synk are the exclusive intellectual property of Forefront Solutions Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forefront Solutions Inc., its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or inability to access the service; any conduct or content of any third party; or unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forefront Solutions Inc. from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Nevada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via an in-platform alert or email. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated Terms.
