Refund Policy

At Signal Synk, we pride ourselves on providing robust, institutional-grade execution infrastructure. We believe in transparency and want to ensure our users clearly understand our billing and refund practices before subscribing to our platform.

1. Digital Infrastructure & No Partial Refunds

Signal Synk operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, providing immediate access to our proprietary execution servers, routing software, and API integrations upon subscription. Due to the digital and infrastructural nature of these services, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.

  • If you choose to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will retain full access to the platform and your active algorithm connections until the current billing period expires.
  • No refunds, either full or partial, will be issued for the time remaining in your billing cycle following a cancellation.

2. Subscription Management & Cancellation

We believe in earning your business every month. We do not enforce lock-in contracts or hide our cancellation buttons.

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard. To do so, simply navigate to Settings → Subscriptions and click cancel. It is solely your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the subsequent month.

3. Non-Refundable Trading Circumstances

Under no circumstances will Signal Synk issue refunds or financial compensation for trading losses, missed opportunities, or capital drawdowns.

As outlined in our Terms of Service, Signal Synk is a non-custodial execution routing layer. We do not control the markets, the logic of your custom algorithms, or the stability of third-party brokerage APIs. We will not issue refunds or credits resulting from:

  • Trading losses incurred due to the execution of your programmed strategies.
  • Slippage, partial fills, or rejected orders caused by market volatility or low liquidity.
  • Missed trades or executions resulting from downtime, latency, or rate-limiting enforced by your connected third-party brokerage (e.g., TradeStation, Tradier, Alpaca).

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy strictly prohibits refunds, we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. You may be eligible for a refund or account credit if:

  • You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a billing error on our payment processor's end.
  • You experienced a prolonged, documented outage originating exclusively from Signal Synk's internal servers (unrelated to third-party brokerages) that prevented you from accessing the platform entirely for a significant portion of your billing cycle.

5. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

If you believe there has been a billing error, we kindly ask that you reach out to our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Unwarranted chargebacks or disputes filed while your subscription was active and properly functioning may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Signal Synk account and access to our infrastructure.
